Day 1: chicken marinara sandos

Today I'm cookin it up McBain style with chicken marinara sandos. It is super cheap, easy, healthy, and increadible delicious! All you need is 5 ingredients to pull off this masterpiece. Let's start with the ingredients. You will need:
1. chicken stock (cup)*
2. chicken breasts (2)*
3. crushed tomatos in can (22oz.)
4. 2 slices of bread (bakery)*
5. garlic (2 cloves)

The first step is to thaw out the chicken and stock. I don't believe in microwaves so I thaw it out in a pot of cold water. After thawed, add the broth and tomato can to a crock pot. Smash the garlic cloves whole and throw them in too. Wait till it begins to simmer, then add the chicken breasts. Grab yourself a drink, and chill for about 1/2 hour, checking the tenderness of the chicken throughout. As soon as they are done, take the chicken out and shred it up into bite size pieces. Place the chicken pieces on the bread, add some sauce, and BOOM!
