Day 25: Simple Ceviche

I will start by telling you that I became very sick shortly after eating this meal. My stomach was in severe pain, I tossed several piles of cookies in several different locations, and nearly passed out in one of them....

Sike!....But it totally could happen!...that's what makes this recipe so much fun!...I love to gamble, and I love food. Here I get a chance to combine the two with a Simple Ceviche. This dish is perfect for a warm day. Prepare it in the morning for a picnic or bbq. Just throw it in the bottom of a cooler, and bring some tortilla chips. The key is to have super fresh ingredients. I only spent about $17 for this four serving dish. And yes, it was amazing! I have made it three times in the last two weeks. The squid was very chewy, and now I have gone back to only using it for bait and calamari(anything is good fried). The tilapia is my favorite, and avocado is a must....other than that, experiment yourself with different types of fish and veggies.
